Ooocchh!

Thursday morning, I went to have a mammogram done before work.
It's a good time for me to remind everyone how breast and prostate cancer change and devastate lives. Remind the men and women you love to get screened for cancer. Do it yourself for the people who love you. Yes, there is discomfort associated with cancer tests, but it only lasts a few moments and it certainly beats the alternative.
